1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the aface1 platform — including the website, mobile browser version, or app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and aface1.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using aface1 immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To open and use an aface1 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an aface1 employee.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended aface1 account unless reinstated by aface1 support.

aface1 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one aface1 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. aface1 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close them without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your aface1 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. aface1 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact aface1 support immediately.

4 Deposits and Payments

aface1 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though aface1 may apply limits to individual accounts based on verification status or risk assessment.

Deposits are credited to your aface1 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 10 minutes, contact aface1 support with your transaction reference number.

• aface1 does not charge fees on deposits.
• Your mobile banking provider may apply standard transaction charges — these are outside aface1's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• aface1 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on aface1 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours.

To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport). aface1 may also request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.

• aface1 does not charge withdrawal fees.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• aface1 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending additional verification checks.
• In cases of suspected fraud or policy breach, aface1 may freeze withdrawal access pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

aface1 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus on aface1, you agree to the associated bonus terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all aface1 promotions:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.
• aface1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• aface1 may void bonus winnings if it determines that a player has exploited a bonus in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is considered bonus abuse.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on aface1 — including Aviator, Blackjack, Dragon and Tiger, Zuma Dragon, Jackpot Fishing, Monster Triple, and Volleyball — operate according to their individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

aface1 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all non-live games. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by real dealers in a controlled studio environment. aface1 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• All bets placed on aface1 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, aface1 will void the affected round and return stakes to player wallets.
• aface1 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on aface1 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to aface1.
• Attempting to launder money or use aface1 for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

aface1 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any activity suspected to be illegal will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and associated funds may be frozen pending investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming
